Meet the investment banker helping Private Equity firms compete with the likes of Citi Bank and JPMorgan
Daanish Hussain is no stranger to success in the city, having been part of some of highly leveraged private equity deals this year.
In 2021 alone he cobbled together at least 12 big-ticket transactions that accumulated almost £30 million in venture value.
According to peer Ariel, “Daanish has a great track record of delivering results for underperforming companies through a wide array of different strategies such as LBO, mergers and acquisitions and strategic remodelling. These have all proven invaluable both to Daanish’s success as well as all of the business involved in these transactions who have benefited positively from Daanish’s advisory.
His uncanny ability to develop and maintain client relationships nurtured over a 5 year career and his ability to cover a “wide breadth” of sectors are a major factor in all associated parties success.”
The Bolton born banker is now beginning to focus his interests more towards the North West to enable more corporations to expand and deliver greater returns on equity in a bid to generate greater investor interest to the town through investor consultation focused on the following areas: Initial yield, Reversionary yield and Equivalent yield.
Daanish says “What investors look for is a strong economy within a location with high growth potential, combined with excellent transport connections and a real focus on delivery through a responsive planning system which is open to growth. In the upcoming months, I will be meeting with some key stakeholders to discuss some strategic projection plans for potential investment opportunities across Bolton. I see a lot of high yielding potential investment opportunities which will not only benefit shareholders but will also result in significant redevelopment in some of the most distressed areas within Bolton.”
