Industrial producer prices up by 4% in the euro area

Euro area commercial manufacturer costs boosted by 9 percent in the power market in July 2022 compared to June 2022

Industrial manufacturer costs increased in July 2022 by 4 percent in the euro location and also by 3.7 percent in the EU, compared to June 2022, according to quotes from Eurostat, the analytical workplace of the European Union.

In June 2022, costs boosted by 1.3 percent in the euro location and also by 1.5 percent in the EU.

In July 2022, compared to July 2021, commercial manufacturer costs boosted by 37.9 percent in the euro location and also by 37.8 percent in the EU.

Industrial manufacturer costs in the euro location in July 2022, compared to June 2022, boosted by 9 percent in the power market, by 1.2 percent for non-durable durable goods, by 0.9 percent for sturdy durable goods, by 0.8 percent for funding items and also by 0.1 percent for intermediate items. Rates in complete market leaving out power boosted by 0.6 percent.

In the EU, commercial manufacturer costs boosted by 8.2 percent in the power market, by 1.1 percent for non-durable durable goods, by 0.9 percent for sturdy durable goods, by 0.8 percent for funding items and also by 0.1 percent for intermediate items.

Rates in complete market leaving out power boosted by 0.6 percent. The highest possible regular monthly rises in commercial manufacturer costs were tape-recorded in Ireland (+26.1 percent), Hungary (+9.4 percent) and also Bulgaria (+8 percent), while the biggest reductions were observed in Portugal (-1.5 percent), Sweden (-1.2 percent) and also Luxembourg (-0.9 percent).
